How we look after your details

This site is run by Barrie & Stacey for one wedding. It is not a business, and nothing you give us is sold, shared for marketing, or used for anything other than organising the day.

What we hold

Your name, the address your invitation went to, your email address, and your answers on the RSVP — whether you’re coming, your meal choice, any song request, and anything you tell us about dietary requirements, allergies or access needs.

Dietary, allergy and accessibility answers are health-related, so we treat them more carefully: they are only ever shown to us and passed to the caterer and venue in the form they need to keep you safe and fed.

Who sees it

Us. The caterer and venue receive meal totals and the allergy and access list. Nobody else. Other guests cannot see your details, and you cannot see theirs.

How long we keep it

Until the wedding is over and the thank-you cards are sent. After that we delete the guest list and every RSVP from this site.

Changing or deleting your details

Ask hello@barrieandstacey.co.ukand we’ll change or delete anything we hold about you, including removing your household entirely.

Tracking

There is none. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party cookies. The single cookie this site sets keeps you signed in to your RSVP, and nothing else.
